In the ski school Gitschberg during your winter holiday in Maranza/Monte Cuzzo you can learn skiing safely under the supervision of a qualified team. In Maranza there is a children friendly slope and in the Skikindergarten “Bambino-Club” your children will be cared hourly. The jump elements of the snowpark are reserved for snowboard and free style fans. The race track is at disposal of high speed fans which can try to break a new record with professional time measurement. Besides the ski and holiday area Gitschberg Jochtal also Plose and Plan de Corones are a visit worth and are located around 35 kilometres from the Felderhof.
Cross-country and luge fan at Maranza
Besides the ski runs along the slopes you will enjoy a great variety of free time activities in the powder snow, surrounded by the South Tyrolean alpine world of Maranza. The cross-country fans will love the two prepared tracks with a total length of 16 kilometres on the high plateau. These tracks are mostly made with classical style and there are only a few skating passages. Not far away from Valles there is a children friendly circular ski track that can easily made also by our youngest guests. Along numerous natural luge runs in the surroundings of Felderhof you can have a lot of fun. A three kiloemtres track leads from Alta Valle di Valles to the Fane Alp. Every Wednesday the natural luge run is lighted and enables the winter fun also after the sunset.
